The hotel was upgraded and clean, had panoramic views of the lake. My room was well-kept and fully-equipped with tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator. The property's position was nice and ideal, not far from walking distance from Millennial Park, The Willis Tower, The Chicago Theater, and plenty of shopping and dining, shopping street, and museums or many restaurants and bars. Ate at the signature restaurant at the 1st floor. I came here for 10 nights and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Its location in Chicago was good, close enough to the theatre, restaurants, Institute of Art and the music clubs and Millennium and great restaurants, theaters.

Modern place, especially helpful staff at the reception desk. Very nice area, central location just off the Magnificent Mile is a further walk thereafter, and the restaurant. For tea or coffee visit Nilly Cafe nearby.

It was a stylish and nicely updated hotel. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, large windows and a lounge.

A stylish hotel, my first choice in Chicago. Fairly clean property, extremely friendly team members at the reception desk. Great and stunning location for all my needs close to a train station. Found in a financial area. New-fashioned, spotless room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Well-equipped bathroom with a bathtub.

The room is decent size and contemporary, it comes with many windows, a very large soaking tub plus shower.

the location was nice, close to chicago board of trade. besides, i was walking distance to a park and a lake. they gave me lovely modern and brand-new room with snacks, panoramic views and sofas. a coffeemaker and fridges were a nice touch.

The room had not so great views.

As for me, the location was convenient, short walk to shops and attractions near the river and other theatres, Milennium Park, stores and restaurants and the downtown area near Millennium Park, the Art Institute, River Walk and all mass transit. The room was well-kept and fully-equipped and had private bathroom plus tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator. Everything was very good, nevertheless a few employees were not pleasant.

The hotel is conveniently located close to many attractions, making it easy to explore the city. It is in close proximity to theaters, Millennium Park, stores, and restaurants. The hotel also offers easy access to public transportation, with the subway nearby. Guests can enjoy the modern design of the rooms, with comfortable beds and crisp sheets. Additionally, the hotel provides free coffee, tea, and snacks on the 3rd floor, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The ice machine could be more easily accessible, which could be a minor inconvenience for some guests.

Trendy boutique hotel with exceptional views as a bonus. Also, location was comfy, within walking distance of London Guarantee Building. My room was brand-new and huge, had down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. I liked that this venue offered wake-up service.

This new and clean place has a spacious bathroom and air conditioning. The location is amazing, as it is close to everything and only a 10-minute walk from Bp Pedestrian Bridge.
